بررسی میکروساختار و خواص سایشی پوشش کامپوزیتیAl/Al3Ti ایجاد شده به کمک الکترود توپودری
در این پژوهش، با استفاده از فرایند جوشکاری تحت پوشش گازهای محافظ با الکترود تنگستن (تیگ) و الکترود توپودری، پوشش کامپوزیتی مقاوم به سایش، روی آلومینیم خالص تجاری ایجاد شد. الکترودهای توپودری، به کمک دستگاه کشش سیم و نوارهای آلومینیمی و مخلوط پودرهای آلومینیم و تیتانیم تولید شدند. ریزساختار و فازهای موجود در پوشش نیز توسط آزمون های XRD، متالوگرافی و SEM مجهز به EDS بررسی شد. آزمون های ریزسختی سنجی و سایش انجام شد. بیشترین سختی حاصل (300 ویکرز) حدود 13 برابر فلز پایه بود. نتایج نشان داد که پوشش، شامل فازهای آلومینیم α، تیتانیم α و همچنین بین فلزی Al3Ti بوده و حضور Al3Ti منجر به افزایش سختی و مقاومت به سایش می-شود.

بررسی رفتار فشار شبه استاتیکی قوطیهای پرشده با کامپوزیت فومی Al-Si-SiC-xFe
اثر آهن بر ساختار سلولی و جذب انرژی لولههای جدار نازک برنجی، پر شده با فومهای Al-7Si-3SiC-xFe تولید شده به روش متالورژی پودر، در بارگذاری فشاری تک محوری بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش درصد وزنی آهن تا 3 % وزنی سبب همگن شدن نسبی ساختار سلولی، افزایش چگالی و گردی حفرهها میشود. در حالیکه به دلیل تشکیل فازهای بین فلزی سوزنی Al4Fe2Si در دیواره سلولی و همچنین تشکیل حفره های انقباضی در مناطق سه گوش گسترش یافته بین حباب ها، مقدار جذب انرژی طی تغییر کمانش پلاستیک پیشرونده کاهش مییابد. همچنین، با در نظر گرفتن دادههای عددی، مدلی برای پیشبینی جذب انرژی لولههای پر شده با فومهای فلزی بر حسب هندسه فوم و لوله و چگالی نسبی فوم ارائه و صحه سنجی شده است.

تاثیر دمای سنتز بر خواص فوتوکاتالیستی نانوذرات تیتانیا تهیه شده به روش سولوترمال
در این پژوهش تاثیر دمای سنتز بر ترکیب فاز، اندازه بلور، مورفولوژی و فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی نانو ذرات دی اکسید تیتانیوم تهیه شده به روش سولوترمال بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان داد که تبلور ذرات از درون بستر ژل مانند رخ می دهد و با افزایش دمای سنتز، اندازه ذرات از 4 تا 8 نانومتر تغییر می کند. راندمان فوتوکاتالیستی مطلوبی در تمام نمونه ها (تا 94%) مشاهده شد. نانو ذراتی که در دمای 120 درجه سانتی گراد سنتز شدند بالاترین فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی را نشان دادند.

تحولات ریزساختاری در طی جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی فولاد زنگ نزن آستنیتی 316 AISI به فولاد کم کربن 37St
در این مقاله به بررسی تحولات ریزساختاری اتصال غیرمشابه فولاد زنگ نزن آستنیتی 316AISI به فولاد کم کربن 37St جوشکاری شده با روش جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی پرداخته شده است. جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی با سرعت چرخشی 600 دور بر دقیقه و سرعت خطی 50 میلی-متر بر دقیقه انجام شد. بررسی های فازی توسط آزمون پراش اشعه ایکس و آزمون طیف سنجی اشعه ایکس و بررسی های ریزساختاری توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی انجام شد. نتایج بررسی های فازی در مرز اتصال شواهدی از تشکیل کاربید و ترکیبات بین فلزی را نشان نداد. بررسی های ریزساختاری نیز نشان داد که بیشترین میزان کاهش اندازه دانه ها، در ناحیه اغتشاشی سمت فولاد زنگ نزن آستنیتی رخ می دهد که دلیل آن تبلور مجدد دینامیکی ناپیوسته ناشی از تغییر شکل شدید همراه با دمای بالا در این ناحیه می باشد.

بررسی رفتار خوردگی ایمپلنت Ti-6Al-4V پوشش داده شده با نانولایه تانتالوم برای کاربردهای پزشکی
در این تحقیق نانولایه تانتالوم با ضخامت nm200 به روش رسوب فیزیکی بخار (PVD) با پرتو الکترونی بر روی سطح زیرلایه Ti-6Al-4V به منظور بهبود خواص سطحی و خوردگی پوشش داده شد. میزان سختی و زبری سطح نمونه های بدون پوشش (Ti-6Al-4V) و نمونه های با پوشش تانتالوم (Ti-6Al-4V/Ta) تحت ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. سختی و زبری سطح نمونه ها پس از پوشش دهی نسبت به نمونه شاهد
(Ti-6Al-4V) به ترتیب از HV345 به HV371 و از µm055/0 به µm107/0 افزایش یافت. همچنین با انجام آزمون خوردگی در محلول فیزیولوژیکی هنک مشاهده گردید که چگالی جریان خوردگی در نمونه های Ti-6Al-4V/Ta در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد از μA/cm^2 9/1 به μA/cm^2 7/0 کاهش می یابد که بیانگر بهبود قابل توجه مقاومت به خوردگی تا دو برابر می باشد. پس از آزمون خوردگی با بررسی میزان رهایش یون های V، Al و Ti، غلظت عناصر آزاد شده پس از پوشش دهی به نصف میزان آن ها در قبل از پوشش دهی کاهش می یابد. نهایتاً، آزمون های پراش اشعه ایکس(XRD)، بررسی های میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و آنالیز عنصری (EDS) به ترتیب برای شناسایی فازها، بررسی مورفولوژی و تعیین در صد عناصر نمونه ها انجام گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V پوشش داده شده با تانتالوم با توجه به مقاومت خوردگی و خواص مکانیکی عالی گزینه مناسبی برای کاربرد در ایمپلنت های دندانپزشکی و ارتوپدی می باشد.

بررسی خواص فشاری و ریزساختاری نانو کامپوزیتهای Al-SiO2 تولید شده با امواج مافوق صوت و ریخته گری گردابی
در این تحقیق، نانو کامپوزیتهای آلومینیومی تقویت شده با 25/0، 5/0، 75/0 و 0/1% وزنی نانوذرات اکسید سیلیسیم، با استفاده از دستگاه امواج مافوق صوت، تولید شدند. ریزساختار زمینه با استفاده از میکروسکوپهای نوری و SEM به همراه EDS بررسی شد و از نانوکامپوزیتهای تولید شده، آزمون فشار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که افزودن نانوذرات سیلیس، با ایجاد مراکز جوانه زنی برای ترکیبات بین فلزی باعث اصلاح ساختار آنها و بهبود خواص محصول نهایی خواهد شد و افزودن نانوذرات سیلیس تا 5/0% وزنی، افزایش استحکام محصول نهایی را در پی دارد.

در این پژوهش نانوکامپوزیت زمینه آلومینیومی تقویت شده با نانوذرات اکسیدی و ذرات بین فلزی در سیستم Al-Zr با روش آسیاکاری مکانیکی به صورت درجا تولید و بهینهسازی شد. آسیاکاری مخلوط پودری حتی در زمانهای طولانی منجر به تولید فازهای بین فلزی در سیستم Al-Zr نمیشود. درحالی که در جریان عملیات حرارتی پس از آسیاکاری و انجام واکنش بین اجزای این مخلوط پودری، فازهای Al3Zr و Al2O3 تشکیل میشوند. با انجام عملیات پرس سرد و تف جوشی بواسطه حضور فازهای Al3Zr و Al2O3، سختی به HV 98 افزایش و نرخ سایش نمونههای تولید شده بطور قابل ملاحظه ای کاهش یافت.

ارزیابی کریستالی و فازی هیدروکسی آپاتیت سنتز شده به طریق سل-ژل با نسبت های مختلف Ca/P
در این مطالعه با استفاده از مواد اولیه پنتا اکسید فسفر (P2O5) و کلسیم نیترات چهار آبه (Ca(NO3)2.4H2O) و به کارگیری روش سل –ژل سنتز پودر هیدروکسی آپاتیت با سه نسبت مولی متفاوت کلسیم به فسفر (Ca/P) معادل 6/1، 5/1 و 67/1 انجام گرفته است. نتایج پراش پرتوی اشعه ایکس (XRD) نشان می دهد که بالاترین شدت قله پراش برای فازهای هیدروکسی آپاتیت و بتا-تری کلسیم فسفات -TCP متعلق به پودر سنتز شده با نسبت 6/1Ca/P = می باشد. وجود این دو فاز به طور همزمان در پودر سنتز شده باعث شده تا یک بیوسرامیک دو فازی با قابلیت استخوان سازی مناسب ایجاد شود. با عملیات حرارتی در دمای 1100 درجه سانتی گراد، شدت قله های پراش فاز-تری کلسیم فسفات (Ca3(PO4)2) در هر سه نمونه افزایش یافته و از شدت قله های پراش هیدروکسی آپاتیت کاسته می شود به طوری که برای نمونه با 5/1=Ca/P، فاز غالب -تری کلسیم فسفات خواهد بود. نتایج مشاهدات میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)در بزرگنمایی بالا بخوبی ذرات نانو هیدروکسی آپاتیت در مقیاس 10 الی 400 نانومتر را نشان داده و در بزرگنمایی پایین خوشه هایی از نانو ذرات مشاهده می شود. نتایج مطالعات ارزیابی زیست فعالی نشان می دهد که با افزایش نسبت Ca/P، میزان آپاتیت تشکیل شده روی سطح افزایش می یابد که نتیجه آن زیست فعالی بالاتر بیومتریال می باشد.

بررسی اثر نورد گرم ثانویه بر رفتار داکتیلیته گرم آلیاژ تیتانیوم IMI834
در این پژوهش داکتیلیته گرم آلیاژ IMI834 پس از نورد گرم اولیه و ثانویه در دماهای 800-1000 درجه سانتیگراد و نرخ کرنش 0.1 بر ثانیه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد که این آلیاژ در حالت نورد گرم اولیه در دماهای 800-900 درجه سانتیگراد، داکتیلیته اندکی دارد و در دمای 850 درجه سانتیگراد افت داکتیلیته گرم مشاهده می شود. پس از نورد گرم ثانویه، در کلیه شرایط، داکتیلیته افزایش یافته و همچنین هیچگونه افت داکتیلیته مشاهده نشد. بویژه در دمای 900 درجه سانتیگراد، داکتیلیته گرم از 31% در حالت نورد گرم اولیه به 95% در حالت نورد گرم ثانویه افزایش یافت.

بررسی تجربی تاثیر ضخامت طلا و غلظت محلول الکترولیت در کامپوزیتهای پلیمری یونی- فلزی
کامپوزیتهای پلیمر یونی- فلزی از جمله مواد هوشمندی هستند که اخیراً در صنایع مختلف کاربردهای گستردهای یافتهاند. این دسته از کامپوزیتها، کامپوزیتهای لایهای فلزی پلیمری بوده که ساخت آنها از تکنولوژی پیچیدهای برخوردار است. این کامپوزیتها نسل جدیدی از مواد هوشمند هستند که در محرکها استفاده می شوند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ساخت یک کامپوزیت پلیمر یونی- فلزی با استفاده از لایه نشانی و بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای مختلف بر خواص و ساختار آن است. بدین منظور پس از تهیه ورق پلیمر پلی وینیلیدین فلورید متخلخل، پوششی از طلا با ضخامت نانومتری بر روی ورقه نازک آن به روش کندوپاش ایجاد گردید. در ادامه به کمک روش الکتروپلیتینگ با استفاده از محلول پروپیلن کربنات، پیرول و نمک تری فلوئورومتان سولفونیمید لیتیوم، در شرایط کاملاً کنترل شده پلی پیرول برروی طلا نشانده شد. میکروسکوپ الکترونی جهت بررسی کیفیت پوشش و آنالیز طیف سنجی مادون قرمز برای برررسی ساختار و شناسایی ترکیبات پلیمر استفاده گردید. پارامترهای موثر بر لایه نشانی پلی پیرول نظیر غلظت محلول و ضخامت پوشش طلا، مورد بررسی واقع شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش ضخامت پوشش طلا، ضخامت پوشش پلی پیرول بیشتر شده و کیفیت سطحی آن بهتر میگردد. همچنین شرایط بهینه الکتروپلیتینگ برای مقدار غلظت محلول الکترولیت 1/0 مولار در دمای کاری 25- درجه سلسیوس بدست آمد.
