بررسی عامل دار کردن الکتروشیمیایی گرافن در بازهای گسترده از توان ورودی به سل
لایه برداری الکتروشیمیایی از گرافیت، یکی از روشهای سنتز گرافن بوده و علی رغم اینکه توان سل الکتروشیمیایی در این فرایند میتواند نقشی اساسی ایفا کند، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته و پژوهشهای قبلی در بازهای محدود از اختلاف پتانسیل یا جریان الکتریکی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش تاثیر توان بر مقدار گرافن لایهبرداری شده و مقدار گروه عاملی قرار گرفته روی آن ها در بازهای گسترده بررسی شده است. از آنالیزهایی نظیر رسانایی، توزین، جذب مرئی-فرابنفش و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری برای تعیین مشخصات محصولات استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج با کاهش توان ورودی به سل، لایهبرداری از الکترود بیشتر شده و مقدار گروه عاملی آنها نیز بیشتر میشود.

اﺛﺮ آستمپرینگ دما پایین ﺑﺮ ساختار، خواص مکانیکی و سایشی فولاد AISI 52100
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اﺛﺮ دﻣﺎ و زمان فرایند آستمپرینگ بر خواص ساختاری و مکانیکی فولاد AISI 52100 میباشد. در این راستا در نمونهها آستنیته شده و سپس عملیات آستمپرینگ در شرایط مختلف دنبال شد. بررسیهای فازی، ساختاری و مکانیکی توسط پراش سنج پرتوایکس، میکروسکپ الکترونی روبشی، آزمون کشش و سایش انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در دمای آستمپرینگ بالاتر از 250 درجهی سانتیگراد، استحکام و درصد ازدیاد طول به ترتیب به بیش از 2000 مگاپاسکال و 7 درصد میرسد. استحکام و انعطافپذیری با افزایش دما به ترتیب به حدود 1808 مگاپاسکال و 3 درصد کاهش مییابد.

بررسی خواص دی الکتریکی لایههای نانوساختار Bi4Ti3O12 و Bi12TiO20 تهیه شده به روش سل- ژل
هدف از این تحقیق، سنتز و مشخصه یابی لایههای نانوساختار تیتانات بیسموت با دو ترکیب Bi4Ti3O12 و Bi12TiO20 به روش سل- ژل می باشد. همچنین تغییرات خواص دی الکتریک نمونههای تهیه شده با دمای آنیل و فرکانس اعمالی مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این راستا دو محلول سل مختلف با نسبتهای مولار مشخص از مواد اولیه به روش سل- ژل تهیه و پس از لایه نشانی خشک و سپس در دماهای مختلف 300 تا 700 درجه سانتیگراد آنیل شدند. به منظور بررسی ساختار و خواص لایههای سنتز شده از دستگاههای آنالیز طیفسنج مادون قرمز، پراش اسعه ایکس، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، طیف سنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس و LCRمتر استفاده شد. بررسیهای فازی نمونهها به وسیله پراش اسعه ایکس حاکی از تشکیل ترکیبات Bi4Ti3O12 با ساختار اورتورومبیک و Bi12TiO20 با ساختار مکعبی میباشند که در دمای600 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت یک ساعت به طور کامل کریستاله شدهاند. نتایج آزمایشات خواص دی الکتریک نشان داد که با افزایش دمای آنیل، ثابت دی الکتریک و اتلاف دی الکتریک در هر دو نمونه افزایش یافتند. همچنین با افزایش فرکانس، ثابت دیالکتریک نمونهها کاهش و تلفات دی الکتریک آنها افزایش مییابد.

ترمودینامیک و سینتیک رفتار آلیاژ پایه نیکل آلومیناید IC221M برای استفاده در صفحات جداکننده پیل سوختی کربنات مذاب
رفتار ترمودینامیکی و سینتیکی آلیاژ پایه نیکل آلومیناید IC221M، در محلول یوتکتیکی کربنات لیتیم و کربنات سدیم مذاب، به منظور جایگزینی در بخش آب بندی تر پیلهای سوختی کربنات مذاب، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آلیاژ، به کمک روش ذوب مجدد قوسی تحت خلاء، تولید شد. مطالعات میکروسکوپی الکترونی روبشی و پراش اشعه ایکس محصولات حاصل از غوطه وری نمونهها در کربنات مذاب، در سه دمای 600، 650 و 700 درجه سانتیگراد، به همراه تغییرات وزن آنها، نشان داد که آلیاژ در دو دمای 650 و 700 درجه سانتیگراد، مقاومت مناسبی در محیط کربنات مذاب ندارد. انهدام نمونهها، به طور عمده، با مکانیزم نفوذی و نه انجام واکنش صورت می پذیرد. انرژی فعال سازی فرایند، 423 کیلوژول بر مول تعیین و مشخص شد که سینتیک فرایند، با نفوذ آلومینیوم در فاز γ´ کنترل میشود.

تأثیر مورفولوژی بینیت بر خواص مکانیکی فولاد سه فازی فریت- بینیت- مارتنزیت
فولادهای دو و سه فازی خواص منحصر بفردی همچون رفتار تسلیم پیوسته، نسبت استحکام تسلیم به استحکام کششی کم، سرعت کار سختی بالا و درصد ازدیاد طول همگن زیاد دارند، لذا در صنایع خودروسازی به طور گسترده مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. هدف از این مطالعه، ایجاد ریزساختار سه فازی فریتی- بینیتی - مارتنزیتی با استحکام بالا و شکل پذیری مطلوب می باشد. در این تحقیق، عملیات آستنیته کردن در دمای 850 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 1 ساعت بر روی نمونههای فولاد 4140 انجام شد. سپس نمونه ها در دمای 720 درجه سانتی گراد (منطقه فریت-آستنیت) به مدت 3 دقیقه نگهداری و جهت بدست آوردن مورفولوژی های متفاوت بینیت، به حمام نمک با دماهای متفاوت 380، 400، 420 و 450 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 4 دقیقه انتقال داده شدند و در نهایت در آب به منظور تشکیل مارتنزیت کوئنچ گردیدند. مطالعه ریزساختار نمونه ها با میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که با افزایش دمای آستمپرینگ از 380 تا 450 درجه سانتی گراد، مورفولوژی از بینیت پایین به بینیت بالا تغییر می کند. با انجام آزمون های سختی و کشش مشخص گردید که افزایش دمای آستمپرینگ موجب کاهش مقادیر سختی، استحکام تسلیم، استحکام کششی نهایی، ازدیاد طول و همچنین کاهش مقادیر n و K در رابطه هولمن میشود. شکست نگاری نمونههای تست کشش به وسیله استریو میکروسکوپ نشان داد که با افزایش دمای آستمپرینگ، سطح شکست از نرم به ترد تغییر میکند.

اثرآسیاکاری مکانیکی و عملیات حرارتی برساختار مخلوط پودری 26wt% C- TiO2-36wt% NiO 38 wt% - و تأثیر افزودن ترکیبهای نانوساختار حاصل بر قابلیت دفع هیدروژن از MgH2
در این تحقیق مخلوط پودری (38wt%TiO2-36wt%NiO-26wt%C) در زمان های 5 و10 و 20 ساعت آسیاکاری شد. سپس پودرهای آسیا شده در دماهای 300 ، 600 ، 900 و 1200 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت یک ساعت عملیات حرارتی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که آسیا کاری مخلوط اولیه به مدت زمان های مختلف موجب واکنش بین اجزای تشکیل دهنده آن نمی شود. افزایش زمان آسیا کاری از 5 به 20 ساعت ومتعاقب آن افزایش دمای عملیات حرارتی از 300 تا 900 درجه سانتیگراد موجب واکنش احیای اکسید نیکل به نیکل و تبدیل آناتاز به روتایل گردید. عملیات حرارتی ترکیب در دمای 1200 درجه سانتیگراد موجب ظهور فاز NiTiO3 شد. در مرحله بعد 10 درصد وزنی از نمونه های 20 ساعت آسیاکاری و عملیات حرارتی شده به عنوان کاتالیزور به MgH2 اضافه شدند و به مدت زمان 20 ساعت آسیاکاری گردید. تاثیراین فرآیند بر قابلیت دفع هیدروژن از MgH2 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن ترکیب کاتالیزوری تهیه شده در دمای 1200 درجه سانتیگراد به هیدرید منیزیم وآسیا کاری آن به مدت 20 ساعت موجب دفع هیدروژن به میزان 45/6 درصد وزنی و کاهش دمای دفع هیدروژن به میزان 170 درجه سانتیگراد شد. دلیل این بهبود در قابلیت دفع هیدروژن به وجود فاز NiTiO3 موجود در این ترکیب کاتالیزوری نسبت داده شد.

تأثیر سرعت چرخشی ابزار بر ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی اتصال جوشکاری همزن اصطکاکی ورق نازک آلومینیم 7075-T6
در این پژوهش، اتصالدهی ورق نازک آلومینیم 7075-T6 بوسیله جوشکاری همزن اصطکاکی با موفقیت انجام شد. سرعت حرکت خطی جوشکاری مقدار ثابت 50 میلیمتر بر دقیقه و سرعت چرخشی ابزار 600، 1000 و 1600 دور بر دقیقه انتخاب شدند. با کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری و سنجش پراش الکترون برگشتی، مکانیزم تغییرات ریزساختاری فلز جوش تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد حین فرآیند جوشکاری همزن اصطکاکی، پدیدههایی مثل رسوبگذاری، تبلور مجدد دینامیکی پیوسته، رشد دانه و همچنین انحلال رسوبات در ناحیه همزده جوش اتفاق می افتند که بر خواص مکانیکی اتصال تاثیر بسزایی دارد. همچنین در جوشکاری همزن اصطکاکی ورق نازک آلومینیم، عامل تعیین کننده ریز ساختار نهایی اتصال، کرنش مکانیکی پلاستیک فرآیند بوده و اثر آن بیش از حرارت ورودی جوشکاری میباشد.

تأثیر گرمایش سریع بر ریزساختار و پایداری حرارتی آلیاژ پایه نیکل آلومیناید IC221M
تاثیر گرمایش القایی سریع بر پایداری حرارتی آلیاژ پایه نیکل آلومیناید IC221M، حاوی کروم، مولیبدن زیرکونیوم و بور، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آلیاژ با روش ذوب مجدد قوسی تحت خلاء تولید شد. تغییرات ریزساختاری آلیاژ در مناطق دندریتی و بین دندریتی در اثر عملیات حرارتی سریع در دمای 1100 درجه سانتیگراد، با کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و انجام آنالیز تصویری دنبال شد. نتایج این بخش با نتایج حاصل از عملیات حرارتی عادی مقایسه شد. با بررسی نتایج مشخص گردید که عملیات گرمایش سریع سبب تسریع حذف ساختار غنی از زیرکونیوم در مناطق بین دندریتی میشود. همچنین سرعت رشد ذرات رسوبی در نواحی دندریتی نیز، متاثر از این عملیات تسریع می شود. مکانیزم رشد ذرات رسوبی با انجام آنیل سریع، با کمک رسم نمودارهای توزیع اندازه ذرات رسوبی آنیل شده و مقایسه با نمودارهای مربوط به مدلهای LSW، TIDC و Hillert تعیین و مشخص شد که مکانیزم رشد در اثر گرمایش سریع ثابت میماند.

توسعه عملکرد فتوولتائیک سلول خورشیدی رنگدانهای با بهکارگیری فتوآند نانوکامپوزیتی دیاکسید تیتانیم: نانولوله کربنی
پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی دیاکسید تیتانیم- نانولوله کربنی چنددیواره (TiO2-MWCNT) حاوی درصدهای گوناگون از نانولوله کربنی روی زیرلایه اکسید قلع دوپشده با فلوئور به روش سلژل غوطهوری ایجاد شدند. سپس، سلولهای خورشیدی رنگدانهای با استفاده از آندهای تهیهشده از این پوششها، الکترولیت اکسایشی-کاهشی پایه ید و الکترود کمکی پلاتینهشده ساخته شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که سلول خورشیدی ساختهشده از فیلم نانوکامپوزیتی TiO2-3%wt.MWCNT دارای بیشترین بازدهی تبدیل (31%/5) و میزان افزایش بازدهی نسبت به حالتی که از لایه TiO2 خالص در ساخت آند استفاده شود، %69 ~ است. این ارتقا در بازدهی تبدیل به افزایش رسانایی الکتریکی آند، کاهش ترکیب مجدد حاملهای بار در آن و کاهش مقاومت انتقال بار در فصل مشترک دیاکسید تیتانیم/ رنگدانه/ الکترولیت نسبت داده شد.

بررسی اثر سریا بر رفتار فازی و خواص فوتوکاتالیستی نانوتیتانیای کلوئیدی و پلیمری
تیتانیا یکی از بهترین فوتوکاتالیستهایی است که با پوشش آن بر کرههای سیلیسی و همچنین با اضافه کردن افزودنی میتوان خاصیت فوتوکاتالیستی آن را بهبود بخشید. در این تحقیق بهصورت جداگانه سل تیتانیا یکبار به روش کلوئیدی و بار دیگر به روش پلیمری تهیه شد. به منظور تهیه سل تیتانیا از تترا ایزوپروکساید تیتانیوم، ایزوپروپانول، آب دییونیزه، اسید نیتریک و اسید کلریدریک به عنوان مواد اولیه استفاده گردید. سل تیتانیای دپ شده با سریم با نسبتهای متفاوت 05/0، 1/0 و 15/0 به دو روش متفاوت آمادهسازی شد و خواص آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. خواص نمونهها با استفاده از پراش پرتو ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی بررسی شد. فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی کامپوزیتهای تیتانیا-سریا بر پایه میزان تخریب متیلن بولو در حضور امواج فرابنفش بررسی و قابلیت جداسازی متیلن بولو از محلول آبی نیز با استفاده از دستگاه طیفسنجی فرابنفش تعیین گردید. با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده، نمونههای تیتانیا-سریای تهیه شده به روش پلیمری نسبت به تیتانیای خالص فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی بهتری از خود نشان دادند. راندمان فوتوکاتالیستی از 39/67 درصد برای تیتانیای پلیمری خالص به 39/81 برای تیتانیای پلیمری دپ شده توسط سریم با نسبت مولی سریم به تیتانیوم برابر 05/0 افزایش یافت. راندمان فوتوکاتالیستی برای نمونههایی با نسبت سریم به تیتانیوم 1/0 و 15/0، به ترتیب برابر 25/80 و 34/79 محاسبه شد. تیتانیای کلوئیدی دپ شده با سریم نیز در زمانهای اول تابش فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی بیشتری نسبت به تیتانیای خالص از خود نشان داد.

بررسی رفتار شکست نمونه های کامپوزیتی زمینه آمورف حجمی (Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5)100-xNbx با تقویت کننده سیم تنگستن، حین آزمون فشار تک محوری
کامپوزیتهای(Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5)100-xNb(x= 0, 2) W/به روش فلزخورانی در دمای 950 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 15 دقیقه تولید شدند. خواص ساختاری و مکانیکی کامپوزیتهای تولید شده با این روش، به ترتیب توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و آزمون فشار تک محوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از خواص مکانیکی و ریزساختاری، در نمونه X=2، سطح شکست عمدتا از نوع سطح شکست رگه ای بوده و با افزایش میزان چگالی ساختارهای رگه ای، شکل پذیری پلاستیک نیز به 28 درصد افزایش یافت. همچنین در نمونه بدون افزودنی نیوبیم، فازهای بین فلزی ثانویه W2Zr) و (W5Zr3 (که خود از محلهای جوانه زنی ترک هستند) به عنوان مکانهای تمرکز تنش عمل کرده و سطح شکست در این نمونه کامپوزیتی عمدتا از نوع مسطح بوده و با تبدیل سریع باندهای برشی به ترک، شکل پذیری پلاستیک کامپوزیت کاهش یافت.

شبیهسازی رفتار سایشی فولاد 4130 در مقابل گلوله آلومینایی
در تحقیق حاضر شبیه سازی فرایند سایش فولاد 4130، توسط نرمافزار آباکوس انجام شد. از اینرو فولاد 4130 در سه نیروی عمودی 1، 3 و 5 نیوتن به صورت آزمایش پین بر روی دیسک مورد شبیهسازی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد سایش به وجود آمده از نوع خراشان بوده و با افزایش نیروی عمودی بر روی پین، تنش تماسی در منطقه تماس پین و دیسک، عمق و پهنای سایش افزایش مییابد. همچنین نتایج به دست آمده از این شبیهسازی مطابق با نتایج آزمایشگاهی میباشد که دلالت بر قابل اعتماد بودن نتایج شبیهسازی در پیشبینی شدت سایش دارد.

تولید کامپوزیت TiB2-TiC توسط سنتز احتراقی فعالشده با گرمایش ماکروویوی
هدف از این تحقیق ارائه روشی مناسب برای تولید کامپوزیت TiB2-TiC میباشد. بدین منظور از نتایج حاصل از سیستمهای TiO2-B2O3-Mg، TiO2-Mg-C و TiO2-B2O3-Mg-C استفاده شد. حرارتدهی در یک ماکروویو خانگی انجام و محصولات توسط دستگاه پراش اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. ملاحظه شد که واکنش موجود در هر سه سیستم از نوع سنتز احتراقی فعال شده با موج ماکروویو است. حرارتدهی مخلوط 2TiO2:B2O3:9Mg:C منجر به تولید کامپوزیت TiB2-TiC-MgO شد. خالصسازی محصول، توسط اسیدشویی در اسید کلریدریک رقیق، انجام و کامپوزیت TiB2-TiC بدست آمد. در کلیه مراحل تحقیق از محاسبات ترمودینامیکی بهمنظور پیشبینی واکنشهای محتمل استفاده گردید.

بازیابی پیرومتالورژیکی فلز روی از غبار گالوانیزه با استفاده از فلاکس کلرید آمونیم
در این تحقیق با مطالعه میدانی و بررسی فلاکسهای مختلف، از نشادر یا کلرید آمونیم جهت بازیابی پیرومتالورژیکی فلز روی از غبار روی که مقدار حدود 10 تا 15 درصد وزنی از ضایعات حاصل از فرایند گالوانیزاسیون را تشکیل میدهد استفاده شد. مکانیزم عملکرد این کمک ذوب در استحصال مذاب روی تشریح گردید. مقادیر راندومان بازیابی روی در محدوده دمایی 500 تا700 درجه سانتیگراد، زمان 0 تا 40 دقیقه و مقادیر اختلاط 0 تا 20 درصد وزنی فلاکس در غبار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بهترین راندومان بازیابی (%85) در دمای 600 درجه سانتیگراد، درصد اختلاط 20 درصد وزنی کلرید آمونیم در غبار و زمان 20 تا 30 دقیقه مشاهده گردید.
