بررسی جوشکاری نقطه ای در اتصالات مشابه فولادهای پیشرفته استحکام بالای مارتنزیتی (AHSS)

چکیده

خواص مکانیکی جوشها با استفاده از تست ریزسختی و تست کششی برشی بررسی می شود. این روزها برای کاهش وزن خودرو از ورق های استحکام بالای AHSS استفاده می شود. مهمترین روش برای جوش دادن این ورق ها روش جوشکاری نقطه ای مقاومتی (RSW) است. جریان و زمان جوشکاری مهمترین پارامترهای جوشکاری هستند.  در این تحقیق، جوش های مشابه فولادهای پیشرفته سخت شونده مارتنزیتی بررسی شده است  که با روش جوشکاری نقطه ای مقاومتی (RSW) متصل شده اند. نتایج نشان می دهد، جریان بحرانی 9.5 کیلوآمپر است و در این جریان مد شکست از مد فصل مشترک به مد محیطی تغییر میکند. بیشترین نیروی شکست در 10.5 کیلوآمپر اتفاق می افتد و این نیرو حدود  26.5 کیلو نیوتن است.

چکیده English

The mechanical properties of weld were studied by the use microhardness testing and tensile shear testing. These days to reduce vehicle weight use from advanced high strength steels. The most important method for joining this sheets is resistance spot welding (RSW). The welding current and the welding time are the most important parameters of welding.  In this research, similar welds of martensitic advanced high strength steels have been studied which they had joined with RSW. Results are showing, the critical current is 9.5KA and in this current the failure mode is changing from interface mode to periphery mode. The most failure force occurs in 10.5KA and this force is about 26.5KN.
